In 2022, Sara Bannat and Mahmoud Abu Saad founded Roof Raiders & Co. in Plano. Sara came from 12 years in business development. Mahmoud came from 15 years in sales, customer service, and construction supply. What they had was a clear idea of how they wanted to be treated as customers, and they built the company around it.
Roofing taught them the parts of construction owners never see and always feel: how a schedule slips when trades are not sequenced, how a change made on site costs three times what it costs on paper, and how much calmer a project runs when one person owns it and the owner hears from that person every week.
Business owners started asking for more than a roof. Could we build out the restaurant. Could we finish the salon before the lease clock ran out. Could we run the whole project. MASACO Construction is the answer: a general contracting firm that brings the same crew standard and owner attention to every part of the building, with a focus on commercial build-outs, tenant improvements, and the facility services that follow.

You approve layout, finishes, lighting, and millwork on screen, then we price exactly that design as a fixed scope.
