Sayfani Coffee House is a cafe of about 2,000 square feet in Allen. MASACO did the framing. Another firm was the general contractor, so the schedule, the other trades, the inspections, and the finishes you see in these photos were handled by others, not by us.

Why it’s on this page.
It’s real MASACO work, and we’d rather show it with the right label than leave it off. When we’re the general contractor, we run the whole job: permits, every trade, inspections, and the certificate of occupancy. You can see that on Pizza Twist in Irving and Fade & Style in Allen.
