Project overview.
A franchise restaurant build-out of approximately 2,000 square feet in Irving, Texas, delivered with MASACO as general contractor. The brief was a fully compliant Pizza Twist location, built to the franchisor’s standards, with the kitchen, utilities, finishes, and branding installed and inspected in a 6 to 8 week window.

The challenge.
The work had to happen inside an actively operating restaurant. There was no shutdown period. We executed a phased work plan and adjusted the daily schedule around service hours so the business could keep serving customers, and we maintained safe, controlled jobsite conditions in a space where staff and guests were present every day.
Outcome.
The franchise build-out was delivered fully compliant, on schedule, and without disrupting operations. The client kept generating revenue through the entire construction period, and the project closed with a successful final inspection and operational readiness on day one.
